Use the menu tree in the left hand frame to navigate around this menu. Most pages have normal links as well and the frame is resizeable in case the tree gets too big for the frame.
There is a useful 'How To's page for finding out how to perform specific day to day operations and a section for each item in the tbs menu. For those of you who need to know, there is also a section on Project Groups and another on Month End Routines.
